separate kitchen comfy bed great location tiny room dusty surfaces closed windows
The location was AMAZING! I could walk to everything. My room had a separate kitchen and lounge. The bed was REALLY comfy.
The room I had was very tiny. The windows did not open, so it was hot. There were marks on the walls, and some surfaces had dust.

I find staff super helpful ! The room had great layout and everything I needed was there. I felt completely safe and the location? Just superb!
My room's air conditioning blew only cold air. I was unable to adjust it at all.

This hotel is near the station. The Arndale Centre is within walking distance. Plenty of food options exist nearby. You can get everywhere easily.

convenient location with great amenities
central location complimentary croissants
i found the location convenient. it was near victoria station and lots of shops, restaurants, and bars. complimentary croissants and coffee were available each morning, a very nice touch
the thermostat in my room wasn't working correctly, it was difficult to control the temperature. staff provided an electric heater at 3 a.m.
